I received my order about 4 pm yesterday and let the wine sit for a full 2 hours before I opened a bottle. I never open wine upon receipt-but this one has been burning a hole in my brain. Simply said, I have never tasted a better Pinot Noir.

Since I am a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc enthusiast and none were listed on the wine list, I inquired about a comparable wine that provided the gooseberry and passion fruit tones I have come to enjoy.
